Service Overview
Our sole service not offered is printing. Your expertise lies in this area; we can assist you with all other aspects of screen production. We supply our services to professionals schools colleges and home screen printers. This enables printers to spend more time printing and provides photographic stencilling to our customers without the professional equipment required. We are committed to helping you achieve high-quality prints using our frames stencils and inks. If you have a technical issue please contact us. We may be able to assist you with over thirty years of experience in-house ink manufacturing and screen auxiliaries production.
Screen Re-Stretching
Our re-meshing service offers an economical solution for reusing your old frames when the mesh is torn or has become unusable. We can reapply new mesh to the frame creating a new print area.
For our current re-meshing prices please click the button below. The price list is for our stock frame sizes in common mesh counts. The frames listed on the price list are our standard sizes. When stretching multiple frames of the same mesh count a cheaper price may be available.
For custom frame sizes or other mesh counts please contact us by phone or via the contact form. When requesting a quote please measure the outside of the frame. We can also supply mesh and glue if you have the equipment to stretch your own frames. The glue and mesh prices are shown on the mesh page. Screen Positives
We can print and supply screen positives from your digital artwork. You will need to supply us with an individual file for each colour you wish to print. These files should be 100% black on a white background and at the desired print size. Please remove any white space around your image as we only charge for the printed area. If you require registration marks these should be applied to the original design. If there is text within the design bit mapping may result in a sawtooth edge. Alternatively, you can combine your images and text and keep the bit mapped and vector image information in a single file such as a PDF. We can print a film positive with a maximum width of 60cm and a length of 30 metres. Pricing is on the above bottom Service Price List.
Stencil Making
If you do not have the facilities to expose your own screens, we can do it in-house for you. You can supply us with your own positives, ensuring they are fully opaque to UV light. Alternatively, we can print them for you. You can supply your own screens to be stencilled or we can supply to your requirements (see equipment page link). If you supply your own frames, you do not have to remove the old stencil as we can do that for you as well (see below). Please specify the type of ink you will be using to ensure we use the correct emulsion. We can expose a frame up to 190 cm x 150 cm outside dimensions. Pricing is on the Service Price List.

Colour Matching And Batch Mixing
We can colour match samples of wet ink, colour swatches and Pantone references. Please note that Pantone references with a ‘c’ after the number are all glossy colours and even plastisol matched inks may lose their gloss on certain fabrics. All water-based inks will print with a matt finish and therefore cannot be used to match a glossy colour. Customers should consult the Pantone numbers referenced to choose from.
Colours chosen from a computer screen will always be glossy and cannot be a true representation of the matched ink. If we have matched the colour before there is only a mixing charge.
