Please refer to the chart above to select a suitable mesh for your print requirements. When ordering, please quote the series number and the mesh count you require.
The primary difference between white and yellow mesh is that yellow mesh absorbs UV light while white mesh can cause halation. A sharper stencil is achieved with yellow mesh counts above 62. Finer mesh counts benefit from yellow mesh when using direct emulsions. Once the mesh count is below 77 the open area of the mesh will eliminate the advantages of yellow mesh and white mesh becomes more cost-effective.
Frame Delivery And Re-meshing Service
When we ship new or re-meshed frames with a courier we shop around to secure the most economical price. We cannot display a price list for shipping but will advise you when you place an order.
Once a frame has been purchased and the mesh needs replacing you can change the mesh count at a reduced cost compared to purchasing a new frame.
