Plastisol Screen Ink
Europaque (PM)
is a range of Super-Opaque plastisol screen printing inks for the decoration of textiles. Europaque can be printed onto light and dark coloured fabrics. The inks remain open in the screen and can be printed wet on wet. The inks are suitable for hand and automatic carousels. See Price List for full colour range, speciality bases and plastisol modifiers.
Flame Retardent Base
is an additive for use with standard plastisol inks to transform them into flame retardant inks, necessary for printing on to children's night clothes etc.
Black Board Black
is a platisol ink used to print a chalk receptive surface onto cotton or polyester material such as T-shirts. The ink is printed and heat-cured the same as a normal plastisol ink. Once cured the ink can be chalked onto as if it were a “blackboard” and the chalk removed by wiping with a damp cloth. The “blackboard” can then be re-used to promote a different message. Machine washing will eventually degrade the surface after approximately 10 - 20 washes.
Hexachrome
is similar to 4 Colour Process but with 2 additional colours; Orange and Green to make a 6 colour process image.
Printable Adhesive
an alternative adhesive to the Adhesive Powder that is used to dust transfers with when screen printing plastisol transfers. It is screened as a last colour which has the advantages of no collateral powder around the printed transfer and a cleaner environment to work in.
Solvent Based Screen Ink
NyloScreen (NT)
is a solvent based screen ink for printing onto nylon and leather goods. The predominant applications for this ink are sports-bags, umbrellas, clothing, boat sails, flags, sports shoes and leather items. The finished print has good adhesion and flexibility. The ink dries by evaporation, adhesion can be improved by heat or the addition of a catalyst. The prints are light fast and wash resistant. We do not offer a colour matching service in NyloScreen. See Price List for full colour range. NyloScreen inks will have the prefix NT in front of the colour code num
