Screen Cap
Screen Cap is a capillary photo stencil film. Some times also called Direct Film. The advantage of Capillary film over direct emulsion is the speed of producing a stencil ready to expose with a consistent film thickness . The disadvantage of Capillary film is its cost and difficulty in adhering the film to the mesh. See Technical Data Sheet for methods of application and recommended film thicknesses.
ScreenCut GT 1077
Screen Cut is a hand or cad cut film that adheres to the mesh to produce a stencil. Screen Cut is ideal for producing simple stencils in the fastest possible time. It is also the perfect solution for printers who don't have the facilities to use photographic emulsions or capillary film. The film has a blue colour and produces a solvent resistant stencil. The film is cut, weeded, and then adhered to the mesh with a solvent adhesive. We do not currently stock a cutting film suitable for water based printing inks.
Coating Troughs
We stock many sizes of coating troughs. The unique aspect of the coating trough is that they have a double coating edge. This allows for thin or thick coats of emulsionto be applied to the mesh.
Azo Coat S GT 2000
This premier duo-cure photopolymer emulsion was formulated for UV, solvent and water based inks. Azo Coat S will produce a hard wearing stencil with excellent definition, the emulsion is ideal for line or fine halftones. The emulsion has a fast to medium exposure time. The other advantage of this emulsion is that it is very easy to reclaim.
Azo Coat T GT 2002
This textile duo-cure photopolymer emulsion was formulated for plastisol and water based inks. Azo Coat T will produce a hard wearing stencil with good definition, the emulsion is ideal for line work. The emulsion has a thicker consistency which is ideal for coarser meshes. The emulsion has a fast to medium exposure time. The other advantage of this emulsion is that it is very easy to reclaim.
Azo Coat E GT 2014
This advanced diazo sensitized emulsion was formulated for UV, solvent and plastisol inks at an economical price. Azo Coat E will produce a hard wearing stencil with good definition, the emulsion is ideal for line work. The emulsion has a medium exposure time. This emulsion is easy to reclaim.
Azo Coat W GT 2017
This advanced diazo sensitized emulsion was formulated for water and plastisol inks. Azo Coat W will produce a hard wearing stencil which is ideal for long runs ware good definition is required, the emulsion is ideal for line or fine halftones. The emulsion has a medium to slow exposure time. This emulsion can be difficult to reclaim.
Azo Coat P GT 2021
This pure single pot photopolymer emulsion was formulated for plastisol, solvent based and UV cured inks. Azo Coat P will produce a hard wearing stencil with excellent definition, the emulsion is ideal for line or halftones. The emulsion has a very fast exposure time, up to four times faster then diazo or dual-cure types.. This emulsion is used straight from pot. Reclaim of this emulsion is easy.
Azo Coat K GT 2022
This advanced duo cure emulsion was formulated for water, plastisol, solvent and UV inks at an economical price. Azo Coat K will produce a hard wearing stencil which is ideal for long runs ware good definition is required, the emulsion is ideal for line or fine halftones. The emulsion has a medium exposure time. This emulsion is easy to reclaim.
Post Hardener AQ 1011
Aquarius Screen Cure AQ1011: a liquid solution that hardens direct emulsions to make them more water and solvent resistant. N.B. after using, the stencil will be much harder to reclaim.
