Aquarius Screen Prep Paste AQ1001

Aquarius Screen Prep Paste is a ready to use gel containing micro abrasive particles that degreases and roughens new mesh prior to applying stencil material for the first time. This product is not recommended for continual use but for new (or newly re-stretched) screens only. This product is ideal when used in conjunction with Indirect or Capillary Films. Aquarius Degrease Gel AQ1003

Degreaser Gel is a solution which when applied to screen mesh will not run off the mesh due to its gel structure. This makes the product less expensive to use and is suitable for degreasing all types of new and used screen meshes, prior to the application of any type of stencil material. Aquarius Degrease Concentrate AQ1004

Degrease Concentrate is a very strong version of the Degrease Gel above. 1 litre of AQ1004 added to 9 litres of water will make the equivalent solution of 10 litres of AQ1003, but will be a liquid not a gel.

Screen Filler

Aquarius Screen Filler Blue AQ1026

A slow dying, water based, flexible mesh filler. Applications include spotting out, filling gaps between the frame and stencil, masking out areas not to be printed. The filler can be removed with water and is resistant to all plastisol and solvent based inks. It can be applied by brushing or scraping. This product is non-hazardous.

Aquarius Screen Filler Violet AQ2023

A water based, permanent solvent and water resistant filler. It can only be removed when reclaiming with stencil stripper. It can be thinned with water but does not need UV light or a chemical hardener to make it water resistant. This product is non-hazardous.

Screen Filler / Green AQ1098

A quick drying solvent based screen filler that is resistant to water based inks. This product is hazardous. Applicators should be cleaned with General Purpose Cleaner (GT850, AQ870 or AQ950) before allowing it to dry. The green filler is easly removed after the print run using any of the above general purpose cleaners.
