Latex Gloves:

are powdered latex rubber, tight fitting, surgeon type gloves for cleaning up screens and squeegees etc. They have good to low solvent resistance, water resistance is excellent. They are of industrial grade and will give a more secure grip than the the poly-diesel variety.

Poly-diesel Gloves (GT 1084/3:

are loose fitting throw away gloves similar to those found at petrol stations. They have good solvent and water resistance. The gloves offer a quick and inexpensive option when small cleaning jobs are required during print runs etc. Poly-diesal gloves come packed in boxes of 1000.

Cleaning Rags:

are cut pieces of recycled fabric. These rags are non-returnable. The rags come in box of approx 5 kg. In weight.

Barrier Cream:

protects skin against solvent based screen inks and washes off with water. Barrier Cream dries on the skin to form an almost imperceptible protective layer. The skin will not feel slippery after application so you can use Squeegees and handle substrates with ease. It is ideal for printers who are susceptible to dermatitis and makes hand washing quicker and easier. Barrier Cream comes packed in 1 litre tubs.

Hand Cleaner:

iis suitable for both water and solvent based inks. It will remove all types of screen ink, including dried ink and rinses off with water. The hand cleaner should be applied to dry hands and gently massaged into the dried ink for best results. This hand cleaner will not dry out your skin like solvents and is safe for the environment. The hand cleaner comes packed in 5 litre buckets.

Screen Polyester Mesh

We can supply polyester monofilament plain weave mesh. This mesh comes in rolls of 1.5 metre wide. We will supply mesh from 1 meter upwards in length. We stock mesh counts from 10 to 120. We also stock yellow mesh from mesh counts 62 through to 120.

SQUEEGEE:

Screen Colour Systems can supply aluminum squeegee handles and the polyurethane blade to fit. The size of the blade is 47 x 9-mm and any length up-to 4 meters long. The handle can be supplied in 5 centimeters increments up-to 2 meters in length. The blade comes in three basic types; rectangle, round edge and tri-blade. The rectangle blade is the most commonly used in the screen print industry. The round edged blade is used for printing textiles. Aluminum Ready Stretched:

Frames Our stock aluminum frames are light weight, robust and come in two standard sizes. The smaller sized frame is suitable for printing up to an A3 design while the larger frame is able to print designs up to A2. All our frames are covered with mono-filament polyester mesh and are machine tensioned. This will give good snap, definition and a consistent print quality.

Textile Conveyor Dryers:

All dryers have: adjustable power and belt speed controls, fume extractor fan, variable element height, adjustable front and rear tail gates, adjustable belt tension, steel construction with insulated outer casing, levelling feet. Optional extras include: digital temperature read out, extended lead out for longer cooling period and heavy duty casters.All three dryers are suitable for plastisol inks and the Midi and Maxi dryers are also suitable for water based inks. All three dryers will fit through a normal doorway (on their side before attaching the legs).
