Carousels

Screen Colour Systems supply 3 manual carousels: 4 colour x 4 station, 6 colour x 6 station and 8 colour x 8 station.

All three come with the following features: heavy duty industrial flanged bearings in the turret for maximum stability and longer durability. Screen clamps that can be adjusted vertically, horizontally and can pivot for quick and easy screen leveling (ideal for warped screens). Cast aluminium heads machined for high accuracy. Micro adjustments on each head with all directional movement for precise registration. Each head has double looped springs for safety.

High precision cam follower bearings used for screen registration, designed to remain accurate despite repetitive mechanical action. All heads down capability at all positions. Each pallets is made from one inch (2.5 cm) thick, heat resistant, MDF. The maximum screen width (with all heads in use) for all the carousels is 24" (61 cm).

4 x 4 height = 122 cm (48"), width = 173 cm (68"), weight = 120 kgs (19 stone).

6 x 6 height = 122 cm (48"), width = 203 cm (80"), weight = 200 kgs (31.5 stone).

8 x 8 height = 122 cm (48"), width = 264 cm (104"), weight = 260 kgs (0.25 ton).

We hold in stock both the 4 color and 6 colour machines. The 8 colour is shipped to order with 4 -6 weeks lead time.
