Exposure Units

This unit is ideal for the print shops with limited space. The unit uses UV fluorescent tubes to produce an even light source, which will maintain a consistent definition across the stencil. The unit has a powerful vacuum motor, to remove air from between the screen and film positive. This will produce a consistent quality stencils, making washing out easy. The unit can accept frames outside dimensions up 31" x 23" (58.4 x 78.7 cm) .

Exposure Lamp Kit

The lamp kit is made up of four components ballast, capacitor, bulb and the bulb holder. See the technical data sheet for wiring details and number of kits required to expose silk screen frames of different sizes. With this kit you will need to build a wooden box(not supplied) to support the glass sheet which hold your positives and printing frame firm during the exposure.

Epson Large Format Ink Jets

Screen Colour Systems offer the complete range of Epson Large Format Ink Jet Printers. These printers range in size from 17 to 64 inch wide. They can print colour or black only. These printers can be used to print very high quality colour art work or generate in-house black film positives. Large format printers can print onto a roll or can be sheet fed. We also offer RIP Software which enable these ink jet printers to produce solid black film positives for screen printers.
