Plastisol Phosphorescent

We have a small range of phosphorescent colours. The colours when charged will glow in the dark, The inks should be printed onto a white under base. The more ink you put down the better the glow effect..

Pantone Matching System

This ink system was developed so printers could produce their own opaque colour matches without any colour matching experience. These colours were matched on a dark grounds to give an opaque colour match. The matching system consists of ten colours plus a formula disk(PDF). The inks are made from the Euro Colour range and have the prefix 'S' in front of there four digit code. We also stock in this range mixing cups, buckets and pallet knives. You will need a small set of scales to use the matching system.

Euro Viscosity Modifiers

Reducer One (PM 7001)

Reducer One is a quick viscosity reducer / thinner that will evaporate during curing and as such is not recommended for use in confined and unventilated spaces. The addition of Reducer One will reduce the original inks opacity. Recommended addition is 1 to 2%.

Flow Aid (PM 7004)

Flow Aid is a similar product to Reducer One, it will lower the viscosity very quickly but unlike Reducer One will remain in the printed ink after curing. Maximum addition 3%, Too much Flow Aid will impair curing. Flow Aid has no smell.

Curable Reducer (PM 7009)

Curable Reducer is a more controllable viscosity reducer / thinner that will not adversely affect the curing of the ink or produce any extra fumes during curing. It will also improve the “soft-hand” feel of the print. The addition of this reducer will not adversely effect opacity of the ink. Recommended addition is 1 to 10%.

Thickener One (PM 7005)

Thickener One is a powerful thickening agent that will increase the viscosity of over thinned plastisol inks. This thickener is a brown paste which may effect the colour of the ink. This additive is very effective and should only be added in small amounts. Recommended addition is 0.5% to 3%

Thickener Two (PM 7006)

Thickener Two is a white powder. The addition of this modifier will not effect the colour of the ink. When added and dispersed in the ink this thickener can improve opacity. This additive is very effective and should only be added in small amounts. The addition of this modifier does not change the curing schedule of the ink. Recommended addition is 0.1% to 1.5%

Black Board

This ink when printed onto fabric gives you a surface that you can chalk onto. The liquid chalk pens are best. Then just like any other blackboard you can just wipe with a damp cloth to remove the chalk off the fabric and add a new message or drawing.

Printable Adhesive

When creating cold peel transfers from the europaque colours most people dust with adhesive powder. For people who do not like the dust, this is the alternative. This adhesive is just printed directly onto the printed transfer and cured in the normal way.

Plaxbond ( Nylon Catalyst )

Plaxbond when added to plastisol ink will improve the hardness needed to adhere to Nylon Fabrics. (Plaxbond will reduce the inks viscosity, PM 7006 is recommended to bring the ink back to the original viscosity) To improve adhesion to the nylon material, wipe the print area first with a Ketone soaked rag to remove any water proof coating. Allow 24 hours before testing print adhesion and durability. Once the addition of Plaxbond is made to the ink, the ink will remain usable for 8 hours before going hard. The catalysed ink cannot be left in the mesh over night. Recommended addition is 10 – 15%
