Aqua Screen is a range of low cost water based screen inks for textile printing. These inks are ready to use straight from the pot. The ready mixed colour can be screen printed onto natural and synthetic, white and light coloured fabrics. The colours are transparent and so can be overprinted to produce additional shades. The printed garment retains the original soft feel of the fabric when printed through finer meshes. The print becomes wash-fast and resistant to dry-cleaning when heat or chemically cured. A separate catalyst can be supplied for adding to Aqua Screen to achieve a full cure without heat. (see below Aqua Kat GT 1234) Aqua Screen inks will have the prefix AS in front of the colour chart code number. If you wish to produce your own inks see binders and colorants. |
